Toll Brothers Headquarters

Fort Washington, PA

Working in partnership with Toll Brothers, Norwood completed a 175,000 square foot fit-out constructed to accommodate the relocation of its former Horsham headquarters and support approximately 900 employees with room for future growth.  The space is tailored to support a progressive, collaborative corporate environment. The interior features a mix of private offices, open work areas, diverse collaboration and lounge zones, training facilities, small cafés and a bistro, along with ample meeting spaces. A prominent 25,000 square foot mezzanine creates additional flexible space for teamwork and interaction. Sustainability and workplace wellness are key components of the design. The building incorporates energy-saving systems such as daylight-responsive lighting and motion sensors, advanced HVAC that significantly increases the exchange of fresh outdoor air, and a living green wall that naturally filters indoor air quality. Additional include a shared fitness center with a basketball court, and a walking trail around the campus perimeter.

Norwood has been working at the Fort Washington Technology Center since 2006, delivering nearly 1 million square feet of projects on behalf of multiple clients.
