The Norwood Company served as construction manager for the comprehensive modernization and re-branding of ArborRidge corporate campus, formerly known as Trinity Corporate Center in Malvern, PA.
The 3-building, 125,000 square foot complex showcases all new exterior skin and common area upgrades. Highlighting the repositioning of the property is a new 5,000 square foot amenities center which features a 2-story glass atrium with a tenant lounge, a “Town Hall” meeting space, a fitness center, and a café designed to convert into a private conference center accommodating up to 100 employees. Exterior amenities include an outdoor recreation area and terraced seating. Norwood worked with multiple tenants to complete individual corporate fit-out projects.
