Acting as design-builder, The Norwood Company recently completed a 165,000 square foot built-to-suit office, manufacturing, and distribution facility in Exton, PA. The building was constructed to serve as Royal Paper’s new corporate headquarters, accommodate their growing product lines, and allow room for future expansion. The new facility features a 2-story administration area, light commercial kitchen, lounge, dining room, and outdoor seating. Seamlessly integrated with the office area, the warehouse and light manufacturing space includes a state-of-the-art racking and inventory control system.
