Norwood served as construction manager for a 3-story, 117,000 square foot LEED Silver certified office building – the first LEED certified office building in Bucks County, PA. Sustainability features include low-flow plumbing, high-efficiency glass, low-VOC carpet and paint, and a white roof. The building is substantially occupied by physicians and affiliates of Penn Medicine. Norwood’s expertise in LEED projects ensured that the sustainability initiatives were met with little impact on the project’s cost or schedule.
