Norwood has completed more than 600,000 square feet of office construction in the Walnut Grove Corporate Center through the owner/developer Real Estate Investment Trust. At 100 Witmer Road, Norwood provided preconstruction and construction management services for the renovation and repositioning of a 144,000 square foot office building. Norwood originally constructed the building in 1996 as a build-to-suit headquarters for a single user. Following comprehensive base building improvements, Norwood completed interior build-outs for the following tenants:
