Basking Ridge, NJ
Norwood served as construction manager for a 300,000 square foot repositioning project at 211 Mount Airy in Basking Ridge, NJ. The project included the replacement of the existing metal panel and glass façade with a new exterior wall and window system. The project was designed to increase the rentable square footage by reconfiguring the space. Norwood also completed a 62,000 square foot interior build-out on behalf of Avaya, a multinational technology company.
