Norwood provided preconstruction and construction management services for a new headquarters for GSI Commerce, a provider of e-commerce and multi-channel solutions recently acquired by eBay, Inc. The 105,000 square foot, 4-story, LEED-qualified building was conceptualized as one of the first green buildings in eastern Pennsylvania. The facility features a large cafeteria, dining area, and on-site fitness center. This project helped propel a company-wide awareness of the value and importance of sustainable design.
