Norwood served as construction manager for a 56,000 square foot interior build-out for Avantor Performance Materials, a manufacturer of high-performance chemistries and materials for pharmaceutical, laboratory, and electronics applications. The project included renovations to the lobby, conference rooms, open plan office space, and data center. Norwood’s project team fulfilled all requirements of the RACP (Redevelopment Assistance Capital Project) and delivered the completed space in only 4 months.
