The Norwood Company served as construction manager for the conversion and interior build-out of 24,000 square feet of vacant flex space to serve as Chiral Technologies Headquarters & Technical Center. As the market leader, Chiral Technologies supplies chiral chromatography columns for analysis and quality control purposes to nearly every pharmaceutical company in North America. Their new facility features 8,500 square feet of laboratory space including epoxy flooring, impact resistant drywall, and a building automation system. The state-of-the-art laboratories include a separations center and new preparative scale equipment.
