On behalf of a large developer and their tenant, Norwood completed a 5-story, 380,000 square foot build-to-suit headquarters at Ellis Preserve, a 210-acre mixed-use campus in Newtown Square, PA. Notable features include a 2-story entrance lobby with grand staircase, a secondary decorative staircase that travels 4 stories, a fitness center, a full-service dining facility with full kitchen capabilities, a coffee shop, a conference center and a 5th floor rooftop terrace. To accommodate the building capacity of 2,000 employees, a new 758 stall parking garage located adjacent to the new headquarters was also constructed.
The building is one of the largest office buildings constructed in the Philadelphia suburbs in decades.
