Norwood’s partnership with CSL began in 2014 and we have since delivered more than 350,000 square feet of projects.
On this project, Norwood completed the fast-track renovation of CSL Behring’s new space at 500 North Gulph Road in King of Prussia, to accommodate a rapidly growing workforce. Led by Nowood’s Special Projects Division, NCS, the team renovated and fit-out 100,000 square feet of space across 5 floors in only 22 weeks. The space features a training center, a full-service kitchen, and cafeteria.
The project received an Excellence in Construction Award from the Associated Builders and Contractors, Eastern PA Chapter.
