Norwood delivered D&B’s 178,000 square foot build-to-suit research and customer care operations center using a fast-track, design-build delivery method. D&B is the world’s leading source of commercial business data and one of Fortune’s Most Admired Companies in America. D&B’s 800 employees were able to fully occupy their new building only 32 weeks after ground-breaking. The 3-story precast concrete facility features a large internal LAN room with data integrated throughout the building, full kitchen and cafeteria, a front entrance with two-story interior atrium, informal collaboration areas, and generator back-up for emergency power.
