Norwood completed an interior tenant fit-out of an architectural firm’s office located on the 14th floor of The Washington Building on Walnut Street in Philadelphia. The design includes open office workspaces, private offices, several meeting rooms, collaborative spaces, and support areas. A few key features are exposed ceilings with areas of suspended LED lighting with acoustical baffle ceilings, curved wall/soffits, glass office front walls, and custom-fabricated millwork.
