Norwood completed a large capital improvements project across 2 adjacent campuses in Yardley, PA. With a scope spanning 5 fully-occupied buildings, the team was able to accomplish lobby, restroom, gym, and cafeteria renovations, while simultaneously converting large areas of parking lot into “green / urban park” outdoor amenity spaces.
The team attributes the project’s success to detailed logistics planning, temporary protection measures, extended work hours in the field, and near continuous communication with the property ownership and the tenant population. Project highlights include an 80-foot long bocce court and a 10,000 square foot 3-tier deck constructed entirely with red meranti.
