Norwood served as construction manager for a 120,000 square foot headquarters for Nutrisystem, Inc., a leader in weight loss products and services. The project was delivered in a 3-phased turnover process allowing employees to occupy each floor as it was completed. Nutrisystem’s new headquarters now includes a 7,000 square foot data center with redundant cooling systems, emergency generators, 2-story atrium entrance, 3rd floor exterior balcony, executive suites, call center, as well as open and private offices. Throughout the preconstruction and construction process, Norwood worked cooperatively with all stakeholders to ensure that all project goals were met.
