Norwood constructed two new office buildings, 175,0000 square feet and 90,000 square feet, to create PHH Mortgage’s corporate headquarters campus in Mt. Laurel, NJ. The facilities consist of open-plan space, executive offices, a large cafeteria, conference rooms, and data center support. Norwood also provided interior build-out services to PHH for more than 100,000 square feet of space at other locations.
