Norwood has been planning, designing, and constructing light industrial and warehouse/distribution facilities since 1975. With more than 20 million square feet of completed projects, Norwood has the expertise to handle light industrial requirements of virtually any size or scope. Recent experience includes facilities with cold storage, temperature & humidity-controlled environments, food-grade, cGMP pharmaceutical, sterile processing, and those with sophisticated conveyor/racking systems. Most of our light industrial projects are delivered design-build or design-assist with a high degree of collaboration between our project team, the design team, and our clients to ensure that each project is completed specific to their goals and needs.
